SOME SITES I ENJOY
ABOUT THE SITE
Hello, hello! My name's Markus Oliver [REDACTED SURNAME]. This is my little site of treasures, where I share my thoughts on media, my writings, and a few other little things.
I created this site so that I can have a space for my inside thoughts that I can't share with anyone else. I hope you enjoy exploring this small corner of the internet.
This site is my first (and only) coding project, and I'm definitely not a good coder, but have improved a lot since starting (in ~July 2025, this site has been revamped a lot). I found a lot of help and inspiration online, mainly by reading things on W3Schools.
Basically, this site is my own little Frankenstein's Monster (funny, that I have an interest in science). Which is why I named it Mess of Creativity.
ABOUT ME
Basic facts:
Extra facts:
Since I was young, I always had an interest in writing. Now it's my biggest hobby. I prefer to write queer stories set here in the Netherlands. Though, all my stories are written in English (with the occasional Dutch peppered in).
But I don't want to be a writer, I prefer to keep it a hobby (which is why I edit everything myself, I'm not made of money). Currently, I'm following an MBO-opleiding (I think it's pretty similar to vocational school/community college?). It's called 'Allround Laborant', meaning Allround Lab Tech. I want to be a lab assistant, but I graduate when I'm young so I might go back to school when I'm older.
In my personal life, I enjoy reading as well, mainly literary fiction. I also enjoy taking walks, since I live near a channel and have access to beautiful nature. Music is also often on (underscores & Spinvis are my favourites currently).
